Shall Forest Hills Public Schools, Kent County, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed Twenty-Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($28,800,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefor, for the purpose of: erecting, furnishing and equipping an addition or additions to and/or partially remodeling, refurnishing and re-equipping existing school facilities; constructing and equipping an athletic stadium; acquiring and installing educationsl technology; purchasing buses; developing and improving outdoor athletic facilities and sites?
